Refund windows begin once your website is fully deployed and accessible (the “Deployment Time”). “Deployment” means your website is live at the agreed domain/subdomain and can be accessed on a normal internet connection.
If you request a refund within 24 hours of Deployment Time, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
If you request a refund after the first 24 hours but within 7 days of Deployment Time, you are eligible for a refund of only the hosting portion of the fee ($100). The website build/template portion is not refundable after the first 24 hours.
If you request a refund more than 7 days after Deployment Time, no refunds will be issued.
We do not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, sales, rankings, or revenue. Website performance depends on factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, pricing, customer behavior, and whether your business answers calls.
If you decide you do not want the website within the refund windows above, we will process the appropriate refund based on the time since Deployment Time. If a refund is issued, the website may be taken offline and access may be removed.

This refund policy applies to purchases of the Website Template and the Hosting package for a single website, unless a separate written agreement signed by both parties states otherwise.
