1. Use of Service

This service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. AtiyAI provides culturally aware and thoughtful responses, but it should not be used for critical decision-making or high-stakes communication.

2. Rate Limiting

To ensure fairness, usage is limited to 7 messages per IP address per 24 hours. After the limit is reached, access will be restricted until the period resets.

3. Privacy & Data Use

• We temporarily store your IP address for visit tracking and rate limiting.
• Session content (messages) is stored in-memory for better conversational continuity during active sessions.

No personal data is required to use the service. Data is not shared unless required for technical operation.

4. Third-Party Services

This service relies on external platforms:

• Together.ai — for AI-generated responses
• Redis — for temporary session tracking and visitor analytics

You agree to their terms when using this service. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or tone of AI-generated content.

5. No Professional Advice

AtiyAI is for informational purposes only and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified expert regarding specific concerns.

6. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for what you input. Do not submit:

• Illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Personal or sensitive data (e.g., names, addresses, account numbers)

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
